NDO - On the morning of December 30, in Hanoi, the National Political Publishing House Truth held a conference to review professional work and Party work in 2024 and a conference for cadres, civil servants and workers in 2024, and deploy tasks for 2025. Representatives of leaders of many departments, ministries, branches, central agencies and the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union attended the conference.
In 2024, the Truth National Political Publishing House has comprehensively implemented all aspects of work, excellently completing the assigned tasks. The achieved indicators all exceeded those of 2023. Completing the editing and publishing of many important books serving the political tasks of the Party and State. The Publishing House has organized the printing and completed the procedures to transfer to printing establishments 355 books with 1,866,876 copies.
The Publishing House focuses on promoting innovation in communication and promotion of publications, improving the quality of news and articles, enhancing utilities for the Publishing House's electronic information page, fanpage, thuviencoso.vn, stbook.vn, sachquocgia.vn; strengthening the signing and cooperation of central and local departments, ministries, agencies, and units in publishing, distributing books, and digital transformation in publishing, information, communication, and book introduction.

At the same time, actively innovate the approach, care and development of the customer system; scientifically organize booths on e-commerce sites such as: Tiki, Lazada, Shopee... Total revenue from the Publishing House's operations in 2024 will reach 96.25 billion VND (equal to 112.6% of 2023), of which revenue from book publishing will reach 83.35 billion VND (equal to 113.34% of 2023).
The publisher continues to promote digital transformation in book publishing and distribution. The number of electronically published books in 2024 is 135; 600 books (503 ebooks, 97 paper books) will be uploaded to the sachquocgia.vn system (503 ebooks, 97 paper books), divided into 9 specialized bookcases; books will be created and attached to e-bookcase accounts of 237 stbook.vn accounts for agencies/units; and books will continue to be arranged and uploaded to the e-bookcase.
Over the past year, the Party Committee and Editorial Board of the Publishing House have also regularly focused on unifying direction and coordinating with the Trade Union, Youth Union, and Veterans Association of the Publishing House to organize and implement many meaningful and practical activities, promoting the role and creating motivation to encourage the staff and employees of the Publishing House to work with peace of mind and dedication, helping the Publishing House continue to affirm its role as a bridge between theory and practice, providing knowledge, raising political awareness for staff, Party members and all people, contributing to widely propagating the viewpoints and guidelines of the Party and State, achievements in national development and the cause of building socialism in Vietnam.
The conference also focused on analyzing and pointing out existing limitations and causes, determining directions and tasks, and proposing practical and effective solutions in 2025.
