Received more than 40 tons of support goods from the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee

On September 20, the Provincial Red Cross Society received and distributed more than 40 tons of goods supported by the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee to people affected by storm No. 3 in Tan Son and Thanh Son districts.

In more than 40 tons of goods, there are 20 tons of rice and more than 20 tons of food, necessities such as instant noodles, milk, cakes, dry food, filtered water, clothes, books, medicines of all kinds... with a total value of nearly 500 million VND.

The provincial Red Cross Society mobilized more than 100 volunteers from the district Red Cross Society, Hung Vuong University, the provincial Military Command and officers and employees of Viet Tri Station to support the distribution of support goods to the two districts.
