The system has authenticated more than 86.9 million demographic information in the National Insurance Database with the National Population Database. Connecting birth registration - permanent residence registration - health insurance card issuance for children under 6 years old; Connecting death registration - Deletion of permanent residence registration - Funeral allowance: Up to now, the Social Insurance of the two pilot localities, Hanoi and Ha Nam, has received and processed 39,440 applications for health insurance cards for children under 6 years old and 1,361 applications for funeral allowance settlement through these two groups of connected public services.
Unemployment benefit settlement: Vietnam Social Security has coordinated with relevant units to successfully integrate the public service "Unemployment benefit settlement" on the National Public Service Portal since April 12, 2022 and has received from the National Public Service Portal to confirm and return the unemployment insurance payment process for 166,512 cases serving the settlement of unemployment benefits for employees.
Vietnam Social Security also coordinated and supported the Ministry of Health to connect data on driver health examinations, birth certificates, and death certificates. Accordingly: Vietnam Social Security's system received a total of 484,482 valid health examination certificate data from 1,034 medical examination and treatment facilities nationwide; 138,146 birth certificate data from 1,055 medical examination and treatment facilities; 1,637 death certificate data from 314 medical examination and treatment facilities.
