During the resistance war against the US, the Saigon Special Forces had many typical battles, attacking the enemy's headquarters. The special forces fought very steadfastly and bravely, preferring to sacrifice rather than surrender. After the battle, 61 comrades were sacrificed and to this day their remains and relatives have not been found.

Ms. Nga said that recently, the club had proposed to the city and received approval to build a memorial stele for Saigon Special Forces soldiers at the City Martyrs Cemetery. Currently, the force is working with the armed forces, most of them are old, weak, and sick.

“We thank Tien Phong newspaper for sending this gift to club members. This is a great spiritual gift, helping members overcome difficulties and illnesses, continue to work with the city to build the country and become a core, trustworthy force of the Party and the city government,” Ms. Nga said.

Become an annual tournament, taking place on April 30

Sharing about the name of the tournament, Ms. Dang Ngoc Thao Vy - General Director of HST Company, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, said that the name of the tournament was proposed and agreed upon by the Head of the Organizing Committee and HST representative. This name is also associated with the occasion of the historical event of the national reunification day (April 30). "Non song mot dot" represents the spirit of national solidarity.

"The tournament was held in Ho Chi Minh City with the desire to arouse love, national pride and solidarity among localities and regions, connecting golfers, regardless of regional or national boundaries, but sharing the same sports spirit, for common development.
