NDO - On February 6, the Standing Committee of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to implement the Decision to establish the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and at the same time implementing the decisions to appoint leaders of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee.

• Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Danh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Tien Giang province emphasized: The merger of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department is very important to implement the policy of streamlining the organizational apparatus, thereby improving the quality of Party building and mass mobilization work of the Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee.

To ensure stable operation without interruption in work, comrade Nguyen Van Danh requested the leaders, cadres and civil servants of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee to advise, assist and serve the comprehensive leadership and direction of the Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee; the apparatus must be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently; establish departments and equivalents based on the functions and tasks of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee.

After the merger, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee needs to urgently develop working regulations, assign responsibilities to each member of the department's leadership; stipulate standards for titles of cadres and civil servants and functions, tasks, organizational structure, and staffing of specialized departments, ensuring good performance of functions and tasks according to regulations.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee also quickly arranged and assigned staff and civil servants to specialized departments in accordance with their strengths and professional qualifications to maximize the capacity of the staff and civil servants; must ensure all conditions regarding equipment, facilities, seals, and finances so that the unit can operate smoothly, effectively, efficiently, and effectively, better than the old organizational apparatus.
