As soon as the program was launched, VNVC Vaccination Centers welcomed veterans, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, people with revolutionary contributions, those affected by Agent Orange, who fought in all battlefields in the North, Central, and South and supported Cambodia to VNVC for free flu vaccination and consultation on many other important vaccines.
The veterans shared that the fierce war had caused them to lose parts of their bodies and their health to decline, especially as they got older. Many of them had multiple underlying diseases at the same time, often having fevers and coughing when the weather changed. The veterans expressed their emotions and appreciated the humane program, the practical vaccine gift that helped them feel secure in protecting their health.

According to Dr. Bach Thi Chinh, Medical Director of the VNVC Vaccination Center System, today's generation living in peacetime always remembers the contributions and sacrifices of previous generations. The vaccine gift is a small contribution to show gratitude to the revolutionary heroes who bravely sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation and the happiness of the people.
