At about 2:30 p.m. on May 1, Mr. Vi Duc H. (born in 1990, residing in Lang Hang village, Quang Kim commune, Bat Xat district) went to the Red River bank and went missing (in the area of Lang Hang village).

Authorities and people are actively searching for Mr. Vi Duc H.

Immediately after receiving the news, the local authorities mobilized about 100 people including police, border guards, militia and local people to search for Mr. H. on the Red River. However, by 3:00 p.m. the same day, he was still not found.

It is known that in recent days, Mr. Vi Duc H.'s spirit has been panicking and his speech is not normal.
