(CLO) During the 2025 festival season, boats at Huong Pagoda will be integrated with a QR code to manage and receive feedback on the service attitude of boatmen.
This information was announced by Mr. Dang Van Canh, Vice Chairman of My Duc District People's Committee at the press conference on Huong Pagoda Festival 2025, held on the morning of January 20.
Accordingly, to prepare for the opening day of the festival in 2025, about 3,700 boats of Huong Son Tourism Service Cooperative have been repaired, painted blue, fully equipped with life jackets, trash baskets, umbrellas, seats, etc. The time for boats to serve tourists is from 4:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day.

In particular, each ferryman has a QR code for management, and each ferry boat also has a QR code to receive feedback on the ferryman's service attitude towards tourists.
At the same time, from January 1, 2025, the entrance fee to Huong Pagoda will include the entrance fee and boat transportation service, for the Huong Tich route it is 230,000 VND for adults and 65,000 VND for children. The Long Van - Tuyet Son route is 85,000 VND for adults and 50,000 VND for children.
Cable car service price from Thien Tru Pagoda to Huong Tich Cave (round trip ticket) 260,000 VND for adults, 180,000 VND for children and priority subjects.
One-way fare is 180,000 VND for adults, 120,000 VND for children and priority passengers. The fare for transportation by electric car from the parking lot to the ferry terminal is 20,000 VND/person/trip.
Regarding vehicle parking services, in previous years, the fee was 10,000 VND/first hour, then an additional 10,000 VND/hour. This year, My Duc district is proposing that Hanoi city allow the collection of fees for passenger cars with less than 9 seats at 30,000 VND/trip, over 10 seats at 50,000 VND/trip, and if parked overnight, an additional 20,000 VND/car will be collected.
More than 3,700 boats are ready for the opening day of the festival on January 6, At Ty year 2025.
Mr. Dang Van Canh added that the 2025 Festival season has the theme "Huong Pagoda Festival - a tourist destination, culture, and Vietnamese traditions". The festival will take place for 3 months, from February 3 to May 1, 2025 (ie from January 6 to April 4, At Ty year).
“However, from now on, tourists can visit Huong Pagoda to enjoy the scenery. Coming to the Huong Pagoda Tourism Festival in 2025, tourists will be provided with free drinking water, umbrellas to protect from the sun and rain, and enjoy puppet shows, folk songs, gong performances...”, Mr. Canh said.
Currently, My Duc district has focused on landscape and space improvement, installing billboards, backdrops, flower beds and ornamental plants along the road from Dai Nghia town to Huong Son and the walking route on both sides of Yen stream.
