The conference aims to promptly help cadres and party members of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command grasp the core contents of the viewpoints, objectives, 6 groups of tasks, and main solutions of the Resolution. Thereby, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility for the position, role, and importance of civil defense in protecting people, agencies, organizations, and the national economy, contributing to building and protecting the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

To effectively implement Resolution No. 3589-NQ/QUTW in the coming time, Colonel Pham Van Hieu requested that, after the conference, Party committees and commanders at all levels focus on leading and closely directing the study, dissemination and learning of the resolutions to all cadres, party members and the masses; deploy the development of action plans and programs close to the characteristics and tasks of each agency and unit, ensuring practicality and effectiveness, contributing to putting the resolution into practice and successfully completing the set goals.
