In a warm and friendly atmosphere, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San kindly visited and wished good health to Senior Lieutenant General, Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Van Duoc and Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Rinh; at the same time happily reported some outstanding results in the implementation of military and defense tasks of the entire army in 2024 and the first quarter of 2025.

Accordingly, with the spirit of solidarity, unity of will and action, Party committees, commanders at all levels and officers and soldiers of the entire army have strived to comprehensively complete military and defense goals and tasks, many tasks have been completed excellently. Along with that, agencies and units have been implementing many meaningful and practical activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.

Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San also informed about a number of key tasks that the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense are focusing on implementing; especially the policy of streamlining, compacting, and strengthening the Army, and arranging the organization and staffing of local military agencies according to the Politburo's policy; at the same time, he hoped that comrades would continue to pay attention, follow, and contribute valuable opinions to the cause of strengthening national defense, protecting the Fatherland, and building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and gradually modern Vietnam People's Army.

Senior Lieutenant General, Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Van Duoc and Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Rinh thanked the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and members of the working delegation for their affection and attention; expressed their excitement and joy at the results achieved by the entire army in recent times; and at the same time believed that the officers and soldiers of the entire army would continue to promote the tradition of Uncle Ho's soldiers, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
