According to the report of the 11th Army Corps, the Party Committees and commanders at all levels in the Army Corps have led, thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the documents and regulations of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and legal regulations on inspection, legal affairs, 1389 work, dissemination and education of law, management and use of defense land, and bidding work. The Army Corps Party Committee has issued directive documents and implemented them in accordance with regulations.

Corps 11 regularly inspects, reviews, adjusts, and supplements internal management regulations and operating regulations in accordance with production and business activities, associated with building a strong and comprehensive unit. Currently, the Corps is researching, proposing, and reporting to the Ministry of National Defense to complete the organizational model, payroll, and charter, and submit them to the Head of the Ministry of National Defense for approval, ensuring that they are consistent with the functions and tasks of a defense and security enterprise.

In addition, the 11th Corps has focused on educating, thoroughly grasping, and seriously implementing the documents, directives, and guidelines of the Ministry of National Defense on political education and dissemination of legal education to the subjects. Strengthening training, education, and fostering knowledge, skills, and expertise in management, use of capital, assets of enterprises, and supervision, inspection, and examination work.

The Corps also disseminated and thoroughly implemented the contents of Circular No. 05/2021/TT-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense on contractor selection within the management scope of the Ministry of National Defense to affiliated agencies and units, ensuring that bidding activities are carried out in accordance with regulations.

The management and use of national defense land has gradually become systematic, ensuring strictness, efficiency, and proper use. Actively implementing inspection work, promptly detecting errors in the management and use of national defense land in a number of units.

According to the inspection team's report, the Party Committee and the Command of the 11th Corps have thoroughly grasped and implemented resolutions and directives of Party committees at all levels, plans and directions of the Ministry of National Defense on judicial, inspection and legal work; 1389 work; dissemination and education of law; management and use of defense land for economic purposes and enforcement of the law on bidding.

The inspection team recommended that the 11th Corps pay attention to and arrange legal assistants to perform legal work tasks. The Party Committee and the Corps Command strengthen leadership, direction, and inspection of the implementation of the legal education and dissemination plan. Strengthen the management of capital and assets of enterprises. Urge, compare, and collect debts. Thoroughly grasp and implement Party documents, State laws, regulations of the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on inspection, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement; prevent and combat corruption and negativity...

Accepting the recommendations of the inspection team, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Dung, Commander of the 11th Corps, emphasized that the corps will have strong instructions for agencies and units to deploy tasks, overcome shortcomings, and review the organization and staffing. Speaking at the inspection, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong emphasized that the mission of the 11th Corps is to both develop the economy and carry out the strategic mission of the Ministry of National Defense, participating in search and rescue. In particular, production and business activities must comply with legal regulations and be effective. In order to carry out the assigned tasks, the Party Committee, commanders, agencies and units under the Corps must have new determination on the basis of solving old problems thoroughly, reasonably, seriously and thoroughly.

Regarding the contents and recommendations of the inspection team, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong requested the 11th Corps to disseminate to agencies and units, direct the development of specific remedial plans, evaluate each content, clearly identify causes and solutions... Economic development needs to be closely linked with the building of reserve mobilization forces, clearly defining political tasks and priorities. The Corps needs to promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and exemplary in implementing democracy at the grassroots level.
