On the morning of June 28, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense, together with National Assembly deputies: Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Duong province; Le Van Kham, Standing Member of the National Assembly's Social Committee; Nguyen Van Rien, Vice Chairman and General Secretary of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee, Chairman of the Catholic Solidarity Committee of Binh Duong province, belonging to Constituency No. 4 (National Assembly Delegation of Binh Duong province), met with voters of An Tay commune, Ben Cat town, after the 5th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
At the conference, National Assembly delegate Le Van Kham informed voters of An Tay commune about the results of the 5th Session of the 15th National Assembly and the activities of the provincial National Assembly delegation at the session.
Accordingly, after 23 days of active, urgent, and serious work, with the spirit of innovation, solidarity, democracy, intelligence, science, democracy and high responsibility, the Fifth Session completed the entire proposed program with the results of passing 8 laws, 16 resolutions, giving second opinions on 1 draft law, giving first opinions on 8 other draft laws... The National Assembly delegation of Binh Duong province participated in the session with a very high spirit and responsibility, with many quality and in-depth opinions, promptly reflecting the thoughts and aspirations of voters.

At the meeting, voters of An Tay commune expressed their joy and excitement with the results of the 5th Session and the contributions of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; at the same time, they made recommendations on a number of issues related to traffic infrastructure in the commune; benefits of health insurance participants; compensation and site clearance; proper and effective use of agricultural land; procedures for dividing agricultural land plots; ensuring environmental sanitation at a number of production facilities in the area...
Voters also reflected on the degraded drainage system in the area that needs to be repaired and upgraded; requested provincial leaders to consider some vacant land to build more schools; ensure textbooks for students when transferring schools... Voters' opinions and recommendations were directly answered by local authorities, departments and branches of the province at the meeting. For recommendations beyond the authority, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation took note, accepted and forwarded to the competent authorities for consideration and resolution.

On behalf of the National Assembly deputies of Constituency No. 4, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong respectfully thanked the voters of An Tay commune for their heartfelt opinions; at the same time, informed voters about some outstanding results of the recent 5th Session; the economic, social, defense and security situation of the country and Binh Duong province in recent times.
Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong also informed voters about the Ring Road 3 project passing through Binh Duong province, which is about to start construction. Referring to the recent incident in two communes of Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong asked voters of An Tay commune to unite and closely coordinate with the local government and armed forces to raise vigilance, maintain political security and social order and safety in order to continue attracting investment and developing the economy.
Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong requested local authorities to promptly and thoroughly resolve voters’ petitions, especially issues related to land, environmental pollution, health insurance, etc.; at the same time, he hoped that voters would actively monitor and closely coordinate with local authorities to remove difficulties and resolve existing problems.
This afternoon, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong and National Assembly Deputies of Constituency No. 4 will meet with voters in Bau Bang district.
