At the working session, along with checking the system of books and documents on each aspect of work, the working delegation directly inspected some contents related to the management of facilities, logistics and technical equipment; created a hypothetical situation where a bad guy carrying a weapon broke into the command post so that the unit could take steps to handle it.

After listening to the unit's report and the comments and preliminary assessments of the representatives of the inspection teams in each field, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh gave a concluding speech at the inspection session. The Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics and Head of the inspection team acknowledged and highly appreciated the results in all aspects of work that the Nam Dinh Provincial Border Guard Command has achieved in recent times, especially in performing the task of protecting national sovereignty and security at sea.

At the same time, coordinate to grasp and accurately forecast the situation, advise on effective handling of defense and security situations arising in the area; strictly maintain regular order and security regimes; develop security plans and plans to protect activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification in a basically appropriate and quality manner.

Colonel Pham Van Hoa, Commander of the Nam Dinh Provincial Border Guard Command, reported at the inspection session.

In particular, through the actual monitoring of officers and soldiers of the Provincial Border Guard Command implementing combat plans against intruders, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh acknowledged and highly appreciated the work of preserving and maintaining weapons and equipment of the unit; commended officers and soldiers for actively and regularly practicing and performing well individual combat movements and techniques.

To successfully complete the tasks in the coming time, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh requested the Party Committee and unit commanders to fully absorb the comments of the inspection team; focus on correcting and quickly overcoming the limitations and shortcomings pointed out by the team.

The Head of the Border Guard Command of Nam Dinh province reported to Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh and the inspection team the results of handling the hypothetical situation.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh emphasized that the Party Committee and unit commanders need to strictly maintain discipline and on-duty regime; care for, listen to, and promptly resolve the thoughts and feelings of soldiers, especially those with difficult family circumstances.

The unit needs to continue to implement measures to strictly manage the activities of the army, ensure safety, prevent and fight fires and explosions in agencies and units, and ensure traffic safety, and prevent unsafe incidents from occurring.
