Welcoming and working with the inspection delegation were: Major General Ha Tat Dat, Deputy Commander of Military Region 3; commanders of functional agencies of Military Region 3; leaders and commanders of the Military Command of Ha Nam province and commanders of affiliated agencies and units.

At the working session, after thoroughly understanding the content, purpose and requirements, the delegation divided into groups to inspect all aspects of the work of the Military Command of Ha Nam province; alerted and inspected a subordinate unit and listened to the unit commander report on the results of implementing local military and defense tasks in the first quarter of 2025, and key tasks in the following period of 2025.

Through inspection, it was found that the Military Command of Ha Nam province has strictly maintained the duty regime, coordinated with the provincial police force to effectively carry out coordination work, ensuring security and safety for key activities; thoroughly grasped and seriously and effectively implemented orders and instructions on combat readiness work at all levels; reviewed and adjusted combat readiness documents, focusing on key targets; closely coordinated with relevant forces in coordinating work to ensure security and safety in the area.

In particular, through the actual inspection of the Mobile Reconnaissance Company, it was found that the unit strictly maintained the order and duty regime, the soldiers' style was agile and urgent, the communication system was smooth; the movements of the units and individuals were skillful and precise; the technical condition of the vehicles was guaranteed to be good.

In addition, through the inspection, the delegation found that the unit has promoted propaganda, education, and dissemination of laws to subjects according to plan; strictly implemented internal political protection work; reviewed and assessed political standards for cadres, proposed to supplement the planning of sources to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee, and new term command and management cadres to ensure good quality.

Concluding the inspection, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh emphasized the important strategic position of Ha Nam province; acknowledged and commended the achievements and results that the Ha Nam Provincial Military Command has achieved in all aspects of work, especially in implementing combat readiness tasks, policy activities, and mass mobilization work; basically agreed with the comments of the members of the inspection and report delegation, and identified the key tasks of the unit in the coming time.

Based on the results achieved, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh requested that the Party Committee and unit commanders continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement directives, orders, and instructions on combat readiness at all levels; at the same time, focus on doing a good job of ideological work associated with implementing the Army's rear policy. Along with that, continue to review and supplement combat readiness documents and plans to ensure they are close to reality, mission requirements, and the situation in the area, regularly organize practice to master the plans, and avoid being passive or surprised.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh noted that the Party Committee and command of the Military Command of Ha Nam province need to maintain good solidarity with forces in the region and on the ground; grasp responsibilities and tasks to proactively coordinate and effectively implement when situations arise.

In addition, it is necessary to regularly educate and train soldiers not to be negligent or subjective in the work of preventing espionage and maintaining confidentiality, strictly complying with laws and regulations on traffic order and safety, and ensuring absolute safety for agencies and units.
