Reporting at the conference, Colonel Pham Van Tu, Director of the Military Radio and Television Center, stated that in recent times, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Military Radio and Television Center have regularly paid attention to, led, and directed the work of digital transformation; considering this one of the key contents, requiring a breakthrough and being very practical to improve operational efficiency, ensuring the good performance of the Center's functions and tasks. Notable are the results of implementing digital transformation of the press, applying information technology to the production and broadcasting of programs on the QPVN Channel, Voice of Vietnam Radio , and Vietnam Television.

From January 2024 to March 2025, the Military Radio and Television Center has built specialized pages, columns, organized production and broadcasting with a total of 546 news, reports, and radio and television programs to propagate administrative reform and digital transformation. In addition, the Center also builds special political and current affairs stories such as: "Building digital trust", "The era of digital transformation"; produces clips reporting on the summary of administrative reform and digital transformation work in the Ministry of National Defense . In parallel with the production and broadcasting of programs on traditional infrastructures, the Center also promotes the digital communication process, increasing its presence on internet and social media platforms.

Major General Tong Van Thanh, Deputy Director of the Propaganda Department, General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, spoke at the conference.

Up to now, 100% of the Center's staff, reporters, and technicians have been trained in the skills of using electronic newsroom software in organizing and producing programs. 100% of the positions at the Center's Headquarters are connected to the military computer network. The Center has digitized a number of administrative, financial, and political work processes; sent notices, conclusions, and plans via email or posted on electronic newsroom software to ensure compliance with information security regulations; deployed and put into use the Document Management and Operation software system to the focal points of departments and offices.

In his concluding remarks, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh acknowledged and commended the results achieved in administrative reform and digital transformation of the Military Radio and Television Center in recent times.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh requested that in the coming time, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Military Radio and Television Center need to continue to review and fully and promptly deploy digital transformation tasks in command, management, and military administration; innovate thinking, operating methods, and business models to the digital environment; focus on researching and perfecting the overall design of the information technology model and digital platform, striving to become one of the typical model agencies and units in administrative reform and digital transformation.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh and the delegation visited and inspected the technical infrastructure of the Military Radio and Television Center.

Along with that, maintain and improve the quality of radio and television special pages and columns, digital content; proactively coordinate with agencies and units inside and outside the Army to deploy the application of scientific and information technology achievements in performing professional tasks; increase the rate of computers connected to the military computer network and apply shared software of the Ministry of National Defense; periodically check and scan the system to detect, fix and handle information security vulnerabilities, consolidate and deploy solutions to ensure information security and network security.
