In recent times, the Party Committee of the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts has paid attention to leading and directing the effective organization of studying, thoroughly grasping and implementing the viewpoints, guidelines and resolutions of the Party, policies and laws of the State, especially on literature and arts, to cadres and members. The Standing Committee of the Association regularly organizes dialogues with members and artists to grasp their thoughts, aspirations, reflections and recommendations, thereby promptly resolving issues of concern. The relationship between the Standing Committee, the Association Office and members has been strengthened; members' rights have been promoted; cadres and members are assured in their work, perform well their assigned tasks, comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws; no cadres or members violate the law and there are no signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" in cultural and artistic activities.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Union of Literature and Arts focuses on leading the congresses of its affiliated branches well; directing the Standing Committee of the Association to prepare well the contents according to the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the regulations of the Association's Charter, submit to the Executive Committee of the Association for consideration and approval; submit to competent authorities for consideration and comments; at the same time, prepare well the conditions to successfully organize the Congress of the Provincial Union of Literature and Arts for the term 2024-2029.

At the meeting, the Party Committee of the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts also reported to clarify the difficulties and obstacles in the process of operation; at the same time, proposed and recommended financial support for organizing congresses and conditions for implementing the Association's website; had a mechanism to support funding for members to participate in festivals organized by the Central Association; paid attention to organizing meetings and dialogues with the Vietnamese literature community; increased the staff of the Association's Office and the Provincial Literature and Arts Magazine; paid attention to training, fostering, and professional training to promote the ability to create literary and artistic works reflecting the cause of construction and development of the homeland, the country, and the reality of social life, making a strong impression and having a wide influence.

Speaking at the working session, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Party Committee of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association to continue to closely follow the practical situation, pay attention to leading, directing and implementing the tasks of the Association in accordance with the charter, principles and purposes. Focus on leading and directing the Provincial Literature and Arts Association to carefully and thoroughly prepare the content, personnel, and facilities for the congress, ensuring that the Provincial Literature and Arts Association Congress for the 2024-2029 term is truly an important political, cultural and professional activity of the staff, members and students according to the set plan. The comrade also noted that, on the basis of the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions, the State's policies and laws on culture and literature and arts, the Party Committee of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association needs to focus on leading innovation in methods, improving the quality of activities of grassroots Party cells and grassroots associations; focusing on training and developing Party members.

Pay attention to stimulating creative potential, encouraging students and VNS to actively participate in composing and promoting literary and artistic works about the achievements of the cause of innovation, construction and development of the homeland and the country in all fields; about the will of self-reliance, self-improvement and the aspiration to develop a prosperous, civilized and happy country. Strengthen and proactively grasp the situation, thoughts and mood of VNS; promptly detect complex and "sensitive" issues in the field of culture, literature and arts, thereby reporting and proposing to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, relevant agencies and units measures to remove difficulties, orient public opinion, fight and refute incorrect and hostile information and viewpoints against the Party and the State, contributing to protecting the Party's ideological foundation. Effectively gather and build solidarity within the VNS team; Focus on training VNS in ideals, responsibility to serve the Fatherland, attachment to the people, going deep into reality, understanding the people's lives. Increase participation in contributing ideas to build the province's policies and guidelines; work with management agencies in advising and building regimes, gradually removing difficulties for cultural and artistic activities. He also directed relevant departments and branches to strengthen coordination with the Association to review and consider current mechanisms and policies, promptly advise the province to adjust and supplement them to suit the actual situation, promptly remove obstacles, and pay attention to creating better resources for the Association's activities.
