Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee works with Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

- On the morning of April 4, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee led by Comrade Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, worked with the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee on the results of work implementation in 2024, the first quarter of 2025 and the direction and tasks for 2025.

In 2024 and the first quarter of 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee proactively advised and organized the good implementation of key tasks and regular tasks according to the set programs and plans, especially sudden tasks; promptly advised and summarized the directives, resolutions, regulations and instructions of the Central and the province on the work of organizing and building the Party; advised on the arrangement of the apparatus of the political system.

Comrade Giap Thi Bac, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee spoke at the meeting.

At the same time, the committee has seriously, closely, democratically, objectively, synchronously and in accordance with regulations in all stages of personnel work. Training, fostering and policies for cadres have been timely and properly addressed. The work of building grassroots party organizations and party members has been directed resolutely and effectively by Party committees at all levels. Up to now, the entire provincial Party Committee has 719 grassroots party organizations, including 276 grassroots party committees and 443 grassroots party cells. From 2024 to the end of the first quarter of 2025, the whole province has admitted 2,424 new party members, bringing the total number of party members of the entire provincial Party Committee to more than 71,000 party members.

At the meeting, delegates discussed and clarified the results achieved in the work of organizing and building the Party, such as the work of developing new Party members, developing Party organizations in private economic units, perfecting the Party organization in sync with the arrangement of the apparatus of the political system; the work of preparing for the 18th Provincial Party Congress...

Concluding the working session, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee in recent times.

To effectively carry out the tasks in the coming time, he suggested: The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee continue to advise on the completion of the contents of the Party building organization work in the 2025 work program of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. At the same time, focus on advising on the effective implementation of work related to the work of arranging the apparatus of the political system, the work of organizing party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. The process of arranging the apparatus as well as preparing personnel to serve the party congresses at all levels needs to pay special attention to the selection, arrangement, and assignment of suitable cadres, promoting their capacity and strengths in positions, locations, and work units.

He emphasized: The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee continues to research and promote administrative reforms in the fields of party organization and building, digital transformation, application of information technology, data digitization, and consulting and recommending software upgrades to effectively perform the work. At the same time, pay attention to implementing well the training and fostering of cadres; take care to build a team of cadres doing party organization and building work to ensure capacity, quality, and courage, and to fulfill assigned tasks well.
