Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee: Meeting on internal affairs, preventing and combating corruption and negativity

On the afternoon of July 6, Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Anti-Violence; Mr. Luong Duc Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee chaired the conference on internal affairs, anti-corruption, anti-violence and judicial reform in the first 6 months of 2023. Attending the conference were Mr. Ho Van Mung - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Nha Trang City Party Committee; Mr. Dinh Van Thieu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Thu Mai - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh concluded that from now until the end of the year, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee will continue to effectively lead and direct the implementation of resolutions, conclusions, and directives of the Party and laws of the State on internal affairs, anti-corruption, negativity, and judicial reform. In leading and directing the resolution of cases and incidents, it is necessary to unify the guiding viewpoint of combining construction and prevention, democracy and discipline, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. All levels and sectors continue to synchronously deploy solutions to ensure political security, social order and safety; in particular, stepping up attacks and crackdowns on organized crimes, drug crimes, and high-tech crimes. All levels, sectors, and localities continue to resolutely direct the implementation of the Project on developing applications of population data, identification, and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 (Project 06). The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee directs the Provincial People's Committee to continue to overcome violations according to the announcement of the Central Inspection Committee and the conclusions of the Government Inspectorate; step up inspection, examination, and strict handling of cases of deforestation, illegal exploitation of forests and mineral resources; direct the final handling of long-term illegal construction works; strengthen coordination in resolving administrative cases and enforcing administrative judgments; soon have a thematic report on land management. Relevant agencies continue to coordinate in resolving corruption and economic cases under the supervision of the Central Steering Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negative Affairs, and to increase the rate of recovery of lost and misappropriated assets in these cases; pay more attention to cadres working in internal affairs and receiving citizens.
