The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee chaired a meeting of the Subcommittee serving the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

On the afternoon of November 26, comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Subcommittee serving the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, chaired a meeting of the members of the Subcommittee to listen to reports on the progress of implementing assigned tasks. Attending were comrades: Tran Minh Nam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Huynh Tan Hanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department.

According to the report, up to now, the implementation of the work contents of the Service Subcommittee and the Support Groups under the Service Subcommittee of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, has been active and urgent, always closely following the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and ensuring the progress of the set plan.

Specifically, the Political Security, Social Order and Safety Team and its member units have thoroughly grasped and seriously and fully implemented the directives and plans of the Congress Service Subcommittee and the directives of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. The Team has drafted a budget for security and order assurance work, solicited comments from members and the Provincial Party Committee Office, then received and sent it to specialized agencies for synthesis.

The propaganda team and its member units, district, city and affiliated party committees have developed a propaganda plan for the Congress; focusing on thoroughly grasping, studying and learning Directive No. 35-CT/TW, Plan 320-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and plans of local and unit party committees; propagating leadership and direction to successfully complete political tasks of localities, agencies and units in conjunction with promoting patriotic emulation movements and celebrating major holidays of the country and the province. At the same time, strengthening the grasp of the ideological situation of all classes of people; focusing on promptly and effectively resolving and handling limitations, inadequacies, weaknesses, and outstanding and prolonged issues that cause frustration among cadres, party members and people.

The logistics team and its member units also focused on implementing tasks according to plan; in which, the Provincial Party Committee Office has compiled the budget estimates for organizing party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term towards the 14th National Party Congress and the budget estimates for the 15th Provincial Party Congress according to the guidance of the Central Office, and submitted them to the Head of the Congress Service Subcommittee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for comments.

Speaking at the meeting, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Subcommittee serving the 15th Provincial Party Congress emphasized a number of key tasks in the coming time, thereby requesting the Service Subcommittee Support Teams, agencies, units, localities and members to proactively review tasks, urgently speed up the implementation progress and periodically report results according to the set schedule. During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties or problems, it is necessary to report to the Head of the Congress Service Subcommittee for timely direction. The comrade also assigned the Political Security and Social Order and Safety Team to strengthen the inspection, urging, monitoring and synthesizing the situation of ensuring security and order to serve the Party Congresses at all levels and the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

The propaganda team continues to monitor, supervise and urge agencies, units and localities to implement propaganda work in the right direction, focus and key points; it is necessary to convey the achievements of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term into rich and vivid publications that highlight and promote, strongly arouse the spirit of emulation to excellently complete targets and tasks in the next period; strengthen the work of grasping the situation and orienting public opinion. The logistics team continues to carry out tasks according to plan; closely coordinate with relevant agencies to appraise the budget estimates for the 15th Provincial Party Congress; speed up the implementation of plans as well as budget estimates for repairing the hall where the Congress is held and a number of items and works serving the organization of the contents on the eve of the Provincial Party Congress.
