Chau Phu B Ward Police quickly deployed forces to inspect, detect and arrest Nguyen Van Binh (born in 1982, residing in alley 252, group 13, Chau Long 4 hamlet) in the act of illegally buying and selling drugs at home for drug addicts. The seized evidence included 2 pieces of straws containing white crystals suspected of being drugs. Continuing to search Binh's residence, the authorities seized 2 pieces of straws and 2 nylon bags containing white crystals, so they made a record of temporary detention of the evidence and brought the subjects to the headquarters for questioning.
