Attracting human resources is also difficult, suggesting that the Provincial People's Committee pay more attention to find solutions. The situation of children drowning and being abused still exists, suggesting that propaganda activities be more in-depth, equipping children with knowledge to avoid consequences, and handling violations should be more deterrent.

Giving opinions on the Report on the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council from the beginning of the term until now, the meeting members requested attention to directing the implementation of Resolution No. 30 on monthly social allowances, but after surveying the annual allowances, they lost their sense of urgency and were different from the spirit of the Resolution.

Regarding the policy of developing cultural life in the area, it shows that the implementation of policies to support cultural institutions is quite slow. In addition, Resolution No. 28 regulating the policy of preserving and promoting heritage has been implemented slowly so far. The Resolution regulating the swimming pool policy suggests early implementation.

Regarding the implementation of socio-economic goals, opinions also reflected: Through working with localities, in the process of implementing socio-economic goals, some departments and branches are still negligent in directing; coordination in handling of departments and branches is not drastic, some agencies still lack initiative. It is recommended that the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches enhance their roles and responsibilities in implementing socio-economic goals and political tasks of localities. The National Assembly has passed a resolution to supplement the pilot of specific mechanisms and policies for the province, recommending that the Provincial People's Committee plan key solutions and policies, include them in the socio-economic development resolution so that when the resolution takes effect, they will soon come into effect. Assessing administrative reform, it is recommended to add some contents, especially the results of administrative procedure reform; inspection work, handling complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption.

As for the fight against corruption, it is recommended to fully supplement and amend the problematic regulations. Strengthen the responsibility of all levels and sectors in propaganda, raising awareness and sense of law compliance; raise legal awareness among officials and civil servants, in conjunction with strengthening the role and responsibility of provincial inspectors and specialized inspectors to prevent and handle violations early, avoiding having to handle criminal violations.
