Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government 2015; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Government 2019; at the request of the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council decided to convene the 15th Session (special session) of the 18th Provincial People's Council to carry out the contents under its authority.
It is expected that at the meeting taking place on the afternoon of September 11 at Giao Te Hotel, Vinh City, the Provincial People's Council will carry out personnel work within its authority, accordingly, it will dismiss and elect additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
At this session, the Provincial People's Committee will submit 11 draft resolutions for the Provincial People's Council to consider, discuss and approve.
Specifically: Resolution to implement Resolution No. 165/NQ-CP dated December 20, 2022 of the Government on tuition fees for public educational institutions for the 2022-2023 school year in Nghe An province.
Resolution on supplementing and adjusting the central budget development investment capital plan for the 2021 - 2025 period to implement the National Target Program on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Nghe An province.
Resolution stipulating the content and level of support for production development under the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the 2021-2025 period in Nghe An province.
Resolution approving the list of works and projects requiring land acquisition in Clause 3, Article 62 of the Land Law in Nghe An province.
Resolution on changing the purpose of using rice-growing land and protective forest land according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 58 of the Land Law and Clause 2, Article 4 of Resolution No. 36/2021/QH15 of the National Assembly to implement works and projects in Nghe An province.
Resolution on changing forest use purposes to other purposes to implement projects in Nghe An province.
Resolution on additional allocation and adjustment of development investment capital plan and central budget capital to implement the National Target Program on new rural construction for the 2021-2025 period in Nghe An province.
Resolution on allocating reserve capital and adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025.
Resolution on handling the remaining undisbursed capital under the public investment plan from local budget sources in 2022.
