Tri Ton District People's Council Standing Committee summarizes activities in the first quarter of 2025

On March 26, the Standing Committee of the Tri Ton District People's Council held a meeting with the Standing Committees of the People's Councils of 15 communes and towns to evaluate the results of activities in the first quarter and deploy tasks for the second quarter of 2025. In the first quarter of 2025, the Standing Committee of the Tri Ton District People's Council successfully organized 2 thematic meetings, passed 11 resolutions related to the personnel work of the District People's Committee; established specialized departments under the District People's Committee. Organized weekly meetings to assign tasks, handle regular work of the People's Council and monthly meetings to review and evaluate the activities of the District People's Council.

In addition, coordinate with the Provincial People's Council Delegation to deploy the supervision plan, annual work program, and citizen reception schedule. Organize activities to visit and extend New Year greetings to former Standing Committee members and leaders of the District People's Council Committees through the terms. In addition, the 2 District People's Council Committees proactively research and contribute many important opinions, helping the District People's Council Standing Committee decide on issues within its duties and powers; actively support the People's Councils at the commune and town levels to propose directions for activities according to assigned fields...

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Tri Ton District People's Council Cao Quang Liem requested the Standing Committee and the District People's Council Committees, the People's Councils of 15 communes and towns to continue to perform their functions well until the end of their duties and transition to the new government model. In particular, the People's Councils of communes and towns need to pay attention to implementing, urging and supervising the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, striving to achieve the set plan and targets. Pay attention to resolving compensation for households to clear the ground for construction of traffic routes; invest in traffic infrastructure, asphalt concrete roads for long-term use value.
