BHG - On the afternoon of April 15, in Tuyen Quang province, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Ha Giang province had a working session with the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province to discuss the development of a plan to merge the provincial People's Councils according to the policy of rearranging provincial administrative units. Speaking at the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Giang province Thao Hong Son affirmed: The People's Council of Ha Giang province will closely coordinate with the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province in the process of building and perfecting the plan. He said that it is necessary to build a clear roadmap, step by step implementation with control, in the spirit of democracy, openness and transparency.
