At this time, the weather is fresh and cool, suitable for tourists to participate in outdoor exploration activities.
Here, the young man has the opportunity to participate in exciting outdoor activities such as: climbing Thung mountain, ziplining, SUP rowing, swimming, trekking, cave exploration and camping in the middle of the jungle.
In addition, he also explored Oc Cave, where there are beautiful stalactites, watched animals in the cave or visited the "snail cemetery" with impressively arranged natural snail shells...
Hoang revealed that he likes the ziplining activity at Thung mountain the most.
Thung Mountain (also known as Mat Than Mountain) is a special mountain located in Lan Ty valley, with a highlight being a large hole through two sides of the mountain, like a giant "eye" looking down on Huu Lung mountain forest. This is also a place that attracts visitors to experience adventure.
Previously, Hoang had participated in a parachute training course and maintained a daily routine of jogging and going to the gym, so he did not have much difficulty experiencing activities that required good endurance and physical strength.
In addition, the 23-year-old man also participated in training and practice with safety equipment, learning the necessary skills for rappelling up and down and staying on the rope.
To reach the zipline position on the top of the mountain 500m above sea level, Hoang and the expedition team had to trek and climb a long distance with vertical slopes.
They then continued to rappel down from the top of the mountain about 40m into the eye socket.
Although it was quite physically taxing, he felt all his fatigue disappear when he finished conquering the high cliff.
“The journey to the zipline location was quite difficult, but what I received was completely worth it. It was overcoming my own limits to conquer the height, admiring the beautiful panorama of the valley below that I had never seen before,” said Hoang.
The young man from Lang Son said that to have a safe trip with interesting experiences in Lan Ty valley, tourists should book tours from reputable, professional agencies instead of traveling on their own.
Throughout the journey of discovery here, he and other expedition members were closely followed and supported by safety experts, so they felt very secure. Hoang suggested that the ideal schedule for tourists to experience Lan Ty valley is 2 days 1 night.
When coming to Lan Ty valley, visitors should also pay attention to fully equipping necessary personal items for adventurous activities such as: Specialized climbing shoes, clothes (should choose long-sleeved T-shirts that are cool and easy to move in and pants made of light, quick-drying fabric), swimsuits, high socks, backpacks (preferably with a support belt to reduce the burden), sunscreen and medicine.
“Travelers should only bring necessary items to reduce weight, making it easier to move throughout the journey. In addition, you should also pay attention to weather conditions and terrain to have the most appropriate preparation,” Hoang emphasized.

According to Mr. Manh, Lan Ty valley has its own attractions at each time. If you come here from February to April, you can admire the scenery of many wild flowers blooming. At this time, the weather is also pleasant, sometimes a little chilly.
From May to August, although it is summer, the weather in the valley is still cool, suitable for tourists to participate in water activities. This is also considered the most beautiful time of the year when the valley is flooded with water, creating a large, clear blue lake hidden among the mountains and forests.
During the dry season from September to November, this place becomes an ideal picnic destination and visitors can admire the beautiful golden rice fields.
