The conference assessed that in the period 2009 - 2024, the work of building "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models was widely deployed in all fields, attracting a large number of cadres, party members, union members, association members and people from all walks of life in the province to actively respond and participate. As a result, the whole province has built 6,540 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models.

Of which, in the economic field, all levels and sectors built 1,621 models; in the cultural and social field, 3,391 models; in the political system building, there were 564 models and 957 models in the defense and security fields.

Based on the introduction of Party committees at all levels, agencies, units, localities and the results of the survey of the actual situation of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee unanimously selected 20 typical models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in various fields to develop into a project to be widely deployed throughout the province in the period 2025 - 2030.

Deploying the project to the delegates attending the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee Huynh Thi Thuy Dung shared that the goal of the project is to continue promoting the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the direction of being close to work, close to tasks, close to the situation, having high spread and creating profound effects.

The focus is on replicating typical models in the period 2009 - 2024 and continuing to build and replicate new typical models with focus and key points. Linking the models with the concretization of major policies of the Central Government and the province; patriotic emulation movements, campaigns and key political tasks of each agency, unit and locality, especially in solving new, difficult and specific tasks.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet sent congratulations on the Party's Traditional Day of Mass Mobilization (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2024) to the cadres working in the mass mobilization work of the province's political system. At the same time, he assessed that the mass mobilization work in the province has been carried out quite well, contributing significantly to the province's development in recent times.

Recalling President Ho Chi Minh's words "If you are good at mass mobilization, everything will be successful", according to the Provincial Party Secretary, the emulation movement "Good at mass mobilization" with the goal of mobilizing the combined strength, creating unity, consensus, and support among the people to solve new and difficult problems; has become a practical and widespread emulation movement.

Many creative and effective models have mobilized the people's strength to create changes in the province after more than 25 years of re-establishment.

To contribute to the aspirational goal of building Quang Nam into a fairly developed province of the country by 2030, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the entire political system, especially the Mass Mobilization Committees at all levels, to thoroughly grasp and consistently practice the viewpoint "People are the root" in the current period, the people are the subject and center of the innovation and development process.

Continue to do well the work of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in all fields, in which, it is necessary to pay more attention and focus on some fields: "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in compensation for site clearance; building new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction, eliminating temporary housing; administrative reform, digital transformation, government mass mobilization; receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations.

To do well in mass mobilization work, it is necessary to have a force, especially a team of specialized cadres. Accordingly, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet noted that the Mass Mobilization Committees at all levels should pay attention to training, fostering, and building a team of cadres to do mass mobilization work to meet the requirements of the task...

In recognition of outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization", at the conference, 52 typical collectives and individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee.
