Specifically, the People's Committees of Thien Nghiep, Phong Nam, Tien Loi and Tien Thanh communes have done a good job of propagating and widely disseminating the content and effectiveness of the policy on Resolution No. 86 to commune-level associations, unions, enterprises, cooperatives and farmers to access and participate; guide and facilitate the implementation of linkage chains in the coming time.
Model of linking production and product consumption in Thien Nghiep commune.
The City Agricultural Technical and Service Center presides over and coordinates with relevant units to organize training courses to improve the capacity of enterprises, cooperatives, and farming households in terms of knowledge on effective agricultural production and processing techniques. Pay attention to annual agricultural extension models and projects registered to be implemented according to the chain of linkages associated with the consumption of agricultural products for farmers in accordance with the practical conditions of each locality, contributing significantly to the restructuring of the agricultural sector and increasing people's income.
