Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh - Chairman of the National Committee on Digital Transformation signed a decision to promulgate the 2024 operational plan of this Committee.
The general objective of the plan is to promote national digital transformation in an effective and practical manner, making positive contributions and creating breakthroughs in the country's socio-economic development; contributing to the completion of the Government's socio-economic development goals for 2024 and the 2021-2025 period.
The plan sets out specific priority targets to implement the digital transformation theme in 2024 with the theme "developing the digital economy with 4 pillars of information technology industry, digitalization of economic sectors, digital governance, digital data - an important driving force for fast and sustainable socio-economic development".
Including: promoting the development of 48,000 digital technology enterprises operating locally; 60% of enterprises in industrial parks and export processing zones applying digital platforms in management and production to change production and business processes, increase productivity, operational efficiency, and reduce emissions; 40% of adults using online public services; completing the deployment of 53 essential public services; 100% of administrative procedure information systems of ministries, branches, and localities connected to the monitoring and measurement system of service provision and usage.
