Fun Wheels Festival Ha Long 2024 is the first car festival held in Vietnam.
The Fun Wheels Festival Ha Long 2024 took place in mid-July, attracting thousands of people and tourists to Ha Long City to participate in special activities such as: Gymkhana Car Race Championship 2024 in the North, test driving cars of many major car brands; displaying and introducing the latest electric car models that have just been launched in the Vietnamese market; parade of cars and large-displacement motorcycles and cars promoting safe driving activities. The series of attractive and unique activities created a vibrant and attractive atmosphere for the first car festival held in Vietnam . The organization of the car festival creates a premise, aiming at the goal of building an annual Car Week in Ha Long City every year, contributing to promoting tourism, the image of the land and people of Ha Long - Quang Ninh; creating new experiential tourism products for visitors. This is part of the effort to realize the goal of building Ha Long as a Festival City. Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Son, Vice Chairman of Ha Long City People's Committee, said: This is one of the unique festivals and cultural, sports and tourism events hosted by enterprises, accompanying Ha Long City to organize, contributing to realizing the goal of the Project to build "Ha Long - Festival City". Since the beginning of the year, Ha Long City - the tourism center of the province has implemented 13 traditional and modern festivals, of which a number of traditional festivals have been restored, preserved and promoted; a number of modern events and festivals have been creatively organized by the city, initially bringing positive results, typically the Ha Long Carnival. The city is aiming to organize traditional events and festivals associated with promoting and stimulating tourism, and at the same time has a plan to organize activities throughout the year, promoting tourist attraction and developing 4-season tourism.
The Kool Fest food and music festival attracted 16,000 tourists to Quang Ninh.

To create a highlight to attract domestic and international tourists, in 2024, Quang Ninh province plans to organize 186 cultural, sports and tourism events and activities at the international, national and provincial levels.
