The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to strengthen the implementation of tasks and activities to support the development of labor relations in enterprises in 2025. Thereby, creating proactiveness and unity in the direction, management, implementation and effective coordination of activities to support the development of labor relations in enterprises.
At the same time, clearly define the responsibilities and enhance the capacity of departments, branches, sectors and localities in participating in organizing and implementing the work of supporting the building of labor relations in enterprises in the province.
Continue to promote propaganda and dissemination of legal regulations on labor, employment, occupational safety and hygiene, and social insurance (SI) for employers and employees working at enterprises in the province.
According to the plan, the province strives to complete a number of key targets: 100% of labor organizations at enterprises are established and operate in accordance with the law; 90% of enterprises in industrial parks have labor representative organizations at the grassroots level to represent and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees; 90% of enterprises have established grassroots trade unions to conduct collective bargaining and sign collective labor agreements.
In particular, strive to support businesses in the same industry to negotiate and sign at least one multi-enterprise collective labor agreement. 100% of collective labor agreements signed between the grassroots trade union and the employer have terms and conditions more favorable to employees than those prescribed by law.
Each district and city in the province has at least 2 labor mediators. For districts and cities with industrial zones, there are at least 3 labor mediators; 45% or more of labor disputes assigned to labor mediators are successfully mediated. At least 65% of operating enterprises participate in compulsory social insurance...
To achieve the above goals, the proposed solutions are to strengthen communication to raise awareness of labor relations; disseminate and popularize the law for employees, employers and provide legal support for businesses; communicate to raise awareness of labor relations. Implement legal support activities in 2025 according to the Legal Support Program for Small and Medium Enterprises in Vinh Phuc province for the period 2021-2025.
Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of labor relations: Train and improve the capacity of staff working in labor relations. Strengthen inspection and examination of labor law enforcement. Improve the capacity of labor relations mechanisms and institutions.
Promote dialogue and collective bargaining activities in enterprises in the province. Support the development of labor relations and proactively reduce labor disputes and strikes in enterprises in the province...
