Recently, THK Manufacturing of Vietnam Co., Ltd. has decided to choose this new industrial park of Viglacera to expand production. With an investment capital of 180 million USD, the investor will build a factory to produce linear slide motion equipment.

THK is known as the first company in the world to develop linear slide systems, applied in the production of semiconductor equipment, aviation, industrial robots, automobiles, etc., supplying famous brands in Japan.

Also in September, at the Conference to announce the Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050 and investment promotion in 2024 organized by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, Viglacera Real Estate Trading Company awarded a land lease contract to Johnson Health Tech Company Limited in the presence of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Tran Quoc Phuong and leaders of Bac Ninh province and ministries.

Thus, since the announcement of the green and smart industrial park, Thuan Thanh Eco-Smart IP has continuously welcomed clean production enterprises from many countries, in line with the new requirements of Bac Ninh province in attracting investment in the industrial sector.

Green, smart industrial park project with great potential for development by reputable investor

Construction started in February 2022, Thuan Thanh Eco-Smart IP has a scale of 250 hectares, located next to Ring Road 4, expected to be basically completed in 2026. After Ring Road 4 comes into operation, Thuan Thanh Eco-Smart IP will quickly connect to the capital Hanoi (20 minutes away), Noi Bai airport (40 minutes away), Hai Phong port (1 hour and 15 minutes away).
