At each training class, the reporter conveyed to the delegates the content of Decision 28/2023/QD-TTg dated November 23, 2023 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision No. 12/2018/QD-TTg dated March 6, 2018 of the Prime Minister on criteria for selecting and recognizing Prestigious People and policies for Prestigious People among ethnic minorities. Decision 2418/QD-UBND dated September 13, 2024 on promulgating regulations on assigning management and assigning tasks to organize the implementation of regimes and policies for Prestigious People among ethnic minorities in Thua Thien Hue province.
Participating in the knowledge training course, Prestigious People in ethnic minorities in Thua Thien Hue province were also introduced to the basic content of the Land Law; Results of 3 years of implementing the National Target Program 1719 in Thua Thien Hue province; Work to promote the role of Prestigious People in implementing the grassroots democracy regulations; Skills in mediation, propaganda, mass mobilization and skills in propaganda, dissemination and legal education in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
The topics were presented by the reporters in a concise and easy-to-understand manner, thereby providing knowledge, skills and improving the effectiveness of advocacy, propaganda, and promoting the role of prestigious people in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Thua Thien Hue province.
