Losing to Dortmund, Barca still won a ticket to the Champions League semi-finals

Trailing by 2 goals, Barca put more effort into attacking. The La Liga representative's efforts were rewarded later when they scored a goal in the 54th minute. From a cross by Fermin Lopez, Bensebaini scored an own goal to help the Catalan team reduce the gap to 1-2.
