Ho was born on July 2, 1998, and is the only Xe Dang player currently playing in professional leagues in Vietnam. He explains his special name: "Xe Dang people do not have a last name, their first name is only one word. When calling each other, people in my village often add the letter A in front, so I will be called A Ho, but on paper, my name only has the word Ho."

Ho is the third child in a family of 8 siblings in Ea Uy commune, Krong Bac district (Dak Lak). His father's name is Phin, his mother's name is Ri and the names of his 8 siblings are Thoat, Thep, Ho, Tho, Hiem, Hoai, Ha, Hoa. No one in the family plays professional sports, but the boy Ho soon showed a special love for football and became a star in the elementary school team, then was called to the Ea Uy district team to play in the Dak Lak provincial children's tournament. After the tournament, Ho was called by his teachers to the provincial team, along with 3 other Xe Dang friends and 1 E De friend. But after a period of living and training in the Dak Lak youth team, through the screening process, only Ho remained. When he wore the Dak Lak team shirt or was loaned to play for the Quang Nam team in the national U.19 tournament, Ho was always the name that attracted attention from the moment his name was called on the field.
Ho was promoted to the Dak Lak first team in 2020. He spent 3 seasons playing in the first division, playing a total of 37 times, scoring 3 goals for his hometown team. Also during this period, the 1.63 m tall boy gradually moved from the position of striker to right winger. In the 2023 - 2024 season, Ho left the mountain to play for the coastal city team Khanh Hoa, a total of 11 times being sent onto the field by coaches Vo Dinh Tan and Tran Trong Binh, including 4 times as a starter. Unfortunately, his team could not stay in the V-League.

Coach Vo Dinh Tan commented: "Tiger is not tall, even short, but has the quality of being fast and having good jumping ability. Tiger still needs to improve his coordination with his teammates. In real life, he is very gentle, simple and hard-working. I hope that this season, after accumulating experience in the V-League, Tiger will be able to play more for Khanh Hoa Club in the first division."
The Xe Dang boy shared: "When I go to play football, people in the commune and district pay a lot of attention, often asking how it is to play in the city, how is the training in the first team. The commune leaders and people in the village all ask about me, encourage me to try harder. Up to now, after 4 seasons of professional football, I no longer have to ask my family for money, on the contrary, I have helped my parents a bit. I am happiest when I can build a new house for my parents. My goal is to strive to affirm my position at Khanh Hoa Club so that I can regularly have the opportunity to play on the field. I will try to save up to realize my biggest dream of building a football field in the village, teaching Xe Dang children to play football properly, so that more Xe Dang players can compete in professional tournaments."
Up to this point, Ho is the player with the shortest first and last name in the world. There are players with short names of only 2 letters: Ibrahim Ba (AC Milan), Jo (Man.City, full name João Alves de Assis Silva). However, a first and last name with only 2 letters like Ho is unprecedented.
