At the exchange, students from Hanoi National University expressed their interest in the Vietnam-Singapore relationship, especially the digital economy - green economy partnership between the two countries; lessons, development experiences, policies on education, science, technology and innovation of Singapore; the path of learning and training to succeed for each person; policies to promote cooperation between Singaporean universities and Vietnam, especially in some areas of research, innovation, artificial intelligence; expectations of leaders for the younger generation... and asked many questions to the two Prime Ministers.

The students' questions were frankly shared and answered by the two Prime Ministers. Regarding expectations for students and the younger generation, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that the Vietnamese people are a heroic nation and have gone through many difficulties and challenges, with many contributions and sacrifices from many generations so that "our country has never had the foundation, potential, position and international prestige as it does today".

The Head of Government hopes that students will spend more time researching, studying, accumulating experience, training physically, and cultivating ethics to do well in their future jobs, contributing to the cause of national construction and development, and at the same time contributing to peace, stability, cooperation and development in the world.
The Singaporean Prime Minister shared that resources come from thinking, motivation comes from innovation, innovation and entrepreneurship come from culture and strength comes from the people.
Mr. Lee Hsien Loong said that he has visited Vietnam many times and witnessed the constant innovation. He was impressed with the dynamic and energetic youth. “This is one of the bases for believing in stronger development in the future of Vietnam as well as the relationship between the two countries.

Regarding the implementation of the Digital Economy - Green Economy Partnership between Vietnam and Singapore, the two Prime Ministers said that in the coming time, the two countries plan to promote cooperation in the field of digital transformation on three pillars: digital government, digital economy and digital society; support Vietnam to promote digital transformation in priority areas such as population management, banking and finance, land, e-commerce; build data centers, etc.
Regarding green economy, the two sides will coordinate and support Vietnam in implementing a fair energy transition; promote grid connectivity between Vietnam and Singapore...

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that digital transformation, green transformation, circular economy, sharing economy, innovation, human resource training, and anti-corruption are also areas that Vietnam needs to learn more from Singapore. Therefore, the head of the Vietnamese Government believes that the younger generation needs to actively participate and contribute to promoting cooperation between the two countries in these important new areas.
On this occasion, under the witness of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University and Nanyang Technological University (NTU - Singapore) signed cooperation agreements between universities in the fields of exchange of staff, lecturers, students and scientific research.

Here, the two Prime Ministers enjoyed traditional Vietnamese dishes such as banh cuon cha, bun thang, nem Ha Noi, com, etc.
During the meal, the two Prime Ministers and their spouses and the students had intimate and interesting exchanges. Through the visit of the two Prime Ministers and their spouses to Hanoi National University, it will contribute to promoting educational and training cooperation between the two countries; at the same time, it will help students exchange, interact and enhance their understanding of the strategic partnership between Vietnam and Singapore.
