During Chinese Premier Li Qiang's official visit to Vietnam, the two countries' Prime Ministers witnessed the exchange of 10 cooperation documents in many fields.

On the morning of October 14, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Qiang and a high-ranking delegation of the Chinese Government left Hanoi, successfully concluding an official visit to Vietnam from October 12-14, at the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
Seeing off Chinese Premier Li Qiang and his delegation at Noi Bai International Airport were: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son, Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu, and Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Sao Mai.
During his official visit to Vietnam, Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang and a high-ranking delegation of the Chinese Government laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
Chinese Premier Li Qiang met with General Secretary and President To Lam; together with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the official welcoming ceremony, held talks, witnessed the exchange of cooperation documents between the two countries, the Vietnam-China Business Dialogue, visited the Exhibition Area of some Vietnamese agricultural products exported to China, enjoyed traditional Vietnamese culture and attended a reception. Premier Li Qiang also had a meeting with National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.
During the meetings and talks, Vietnamese leaders warmly welcomed Premier Li Qiang to his official visit to Vietnam. This is the first visit in 11 years by a Chinese Premier, and also Li Qiang's first visit to Vietnam as Premier.
The leaders expressed their belief that the visit would be a great success; spreading positive effects to ministries, sectors and localities of the two countries on the determination of both sides in implementing and realizing high-level common perceptions, making bilateral relations increasingly effective, substantive, profound and comprehensive; contributing to peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world.
In a sincere, friendly and open atmosphere, the leaders of the two countries informed each other about the situation of each Party and each country; in-depth assessment of the implementation of common perceptions and cooperation agreements in various fields between the two countries and agreed on directions and measures to contribute to effectively implementing the "6 more" orientation, building a Vietnam-China Community of Shared Future of strategic significance that the top leaders of the two Parties and two countries agreed upon during high-level visits, most recently the State visit to China by General Secretary and President To Lam (August 2024).
On this occasion, the Prime Ministers of the two countries witnessed the exchange of 10 cooperation documents in the fields of transport connectivity, customs, people's livelihood, education, agricultural trade, press and media, and banking./.
