At the meeting, delegates continued to discuss and contribute opinions to the draft reports, submissions, and private economic development projects, especially on the scope, subjects; position and role of the private economy; tasks and solutions, especially on outstanding mechanisms and legal policies for private economic development; the role of state management agencies and associations and industries in private economic development...
In particular, delegates highlighted the requirement for the participation of the private economy in the production chain, supply chain, distribution chain; preferential mechanisms and policies on the application of science, technology, human resources, land, finance, administrative procedures, etc. for the private economy.

Concluding the meeting, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh commended the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for drafting complete, elaborate and high-quality reports and documents; and highly appreciated the members of the Steering Committee for spending time, effort and intelligence to provide profound and practical opinions to contribute to the Project.
Considering that in terms of documents, the Project has been prepared quite fully, the Prime Minister noted that in terms of content, there needs to be more breakthroughs, with higher requirements and goals to create pressure, motivation, inspiration, and determination to implement.
The Prime Minister directed that the naming should be concise, reflect the content, have inheritance, development, and be innovative; tasks and solutions must be more innovative, reduce the descriptive content, in which the solutions must be feasible; at the same time, there must be a connection between viewpoints, mottos, goals, and solutions; in which, clearly define the position and role of the private economy; the relationship between the private economy and other economic components, placed in the overall context of the country's breakthrough, innovation, and development.
Requiring the creation of conditions for the private economy to develop with open institutions, smooth infrastructure, smart governance; equal access to the country's resources..., the Prime Minister requested the Steering Committee to closely follow the resolutions of the Central Committee, the Politburo and most recently the article of General Secretary To Lam; respect practice, closely follow practice, take practice as a measure, combine with theory and experience, international lessons to complete the Project to submit to the Politburo.

Recalling that the draft Project has yet to demonstrate breakthroughs, has yet to point out bottlenecks and bottlenecks that have prevented the private economy from developing commensurate with its distinct potential, outstanding opportunities, and competitive advantages, the Prime Minister noted that it is necessary to propose tasks and solutions for private economic development, in conjunction with restructuring the economy, restructuring enterprises, restructuring the market, restructuring products, and restructuring the supply chain; requesting members of the Steering Committee to continue contributing opinions to complete the Project to submit to the Politburo to ensure quality and progress./.
