Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will lead a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the BRICS Leaders' Meeting in Kazan, Russia from October 23 to 24.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Chair of the BRICS Group in 2024, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh will lead a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the expanded BRICS Leaders' Meeting from October 23 to 24.
The conference took place in Kazan, Russian Federation./.
