At the same time, Vietnam has many advantages to develop the aviation sector such as favorable geographical location, a range of about 5 hours of flight from Vietnam covers an area accounting for about 60% of global GDP.

On the other hand, the demand for aviation in the world in general and in Vietnam in particular will increase, along with the increase in income, living standards of people and the trend of exchange and cooperation. In the spirit of implementing cooperation "from small to large, from low to high, from simple to complex," the Prime Minister suggested that Embraer Group consult with Vietnam in developing the aviation sector; continue to discuss with Vietnamese partners (such as Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet, Bamboo...) to move towards specific cooperation activities, bringing practical benefits to both sides such as implementing commercial contracts, helping Vietnamese airlines develop sustainable fleets, improve operational efficiency, and ensure flight safety.

The Prime Minister proposed building human resource training centers, pilot training centers, warranty centers; cooperating in technology transfer; cooperating in building and operating airports; researching and investing in Vietnam and promoting cooperation in other fields such as defense trade, search and rescue, etc.
