Vietnam-Netherlands relations have developed positively in many areas, notably investment, trade, agriculture and climate change response. The two sides maintain regular exchanges of delegations at all levels, have many bilateral cooperation mechanisms; closely coordinate and support each other at international forums and organizations (Photo: Quang Phuc).
Within the framework of the Strategic Partnership on Climate Change Adaptation and Water Management, the two sides established an Intergovernmental Committee to coordinate activities.
Many projects in the fields and framework of the Commission have been effectively implemented, especially the Mekong Delta Plan with a long-term vision that has made many recommendations, focusing on solving issues of water resource management and climate change adaptation to turn the Mekong Delta into a sustainable economic development region (Photo: Quang Phuc).
At the end of the talks, the two Prime Ministers attended and witnessed the signing of many cooperation documents between the governments of Vietnam and the Netherlands.
