Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that transforming, seeking and creating new growth drivers is an objective and inevitable trend. "No country or economy can develop quickly and sustainably if it maintains the old mindset and relies only on traditional growth drivers," he said.

To promote transformation, creation, and opening up new growth drivers, the Prime Minister said Vietnam will focus on four main groups of solutions.

Firstly, focus on reviewing and perfecting institutions and laws with the spirit of creating the most favorable conditions for businesses and investors.

Third, human resource development, focusing on developing high-quality human resources.

Fourth, restructuring the economy associated with growth model innovation, prioritizing the development of renewable energy industries, green transformation, digital transformation, semiconductor industry, and promoting innovation.

"Vietnam is promoting transformation, including economic transformation, renewing old growth drivers (investment, export, consumption) and promoting new growth drivers; digital transformation, green transformation; transformation in mechanisms and policies, building strategic infrastructure for transformation; transformation of human resources," Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized.

Sharing with WEF and businesses about Vietnam's advantages, the Prime Minister called on investors to accompany Vietnam, increasing investment in priority areas such as innovation, high technology science, including semiconductor technology and artificial intelligence.

"Vietnam always accompanies and cooperates with investors in the spirit of win-win, mutual benefit, harmonious interests, and shared risks," the Prime Minister reaffirmed.

Vietnam is a long-term investment destination

Agreeing with the opinions of the head of the Vietnamese Government, WEF leaders and business representatives highly appreciated the achievements in recovery, development, economic and trade growth, as well as the determination to transform and the prospects of Vietnam's economy.

Representatives of businesses and national organizations assessed Vietnam as one of the bright spots of economic recovery in the region, playing a pioneering role in transforming the growth model and committing to energy transition.

According to WEF's assessment, Vietnam is one of the countries that the business community is most interested in at this conference. The theme of the National Dialogue was chosen with the belief that Vietnam will continue to maintain positive growth in a more sustainable direction, contributing and playing an increasingly important role in the global economy.

Many businesses also shared their impressions of the Vietnamese Government's drastic policies and measures to create an attractive investment environment, always paying great attention and support to the business community.

The business community believes that Vietnam is one of the most suitable choices, an investment destination and a long-term cooperation opportunity. They wish to continue to support and accompany Vietnam in the development and transformation process, and at the same time request that Vietnam continue to maintain stable and long-term policies.
