On the morning of December 18, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the online conference to review the work in 2024 and deploy key tasks in 2025 of the culture, sports and tourism sector with the theme Building an advanced culture imbued with national identity - The driving force for national development in the new era - The era of the Vietnamese people's rise . The online conference reached 744 points, with more than 16,000 delegates attending nationwide. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh praised the way the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has done, which is based on the spirit of focusing on the grassroots, focusing on the grassroots, and focusing on people. Speaking at the conference, the Prime Minister highly appreciated the results that the culture, sports and tourism sector has achieved in the past year. That is, culture has increasingly fulfilled its responsibility of "lighting the way for the nation". In his speech, evaluating the results achieved by the culture sector in the past year, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh repeatedly mentioned the success of the two recent concerts Anh trai say hi, Anh trai vu ngan cong gai . "Through these two concerts, we have seen that we are capable, intelligent and creative enough to develop the cultural industry and entertainment industry. We have a culture imbued with national identity, endogenous strength, tradition and potential to enhance cultural enjoyment...", the Prime Minister shared. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also highly appreciated the creativity of young Vietnamese people participating in these two concerts. At the event, the Prime Minister pointed out 7 main groups of tasks and solutions, first of all, creating institutional breakthroughs in the direction of resolutely abandoning the mindset of "if you can't manage it, then ban it", resolutely eliminating the "ask - give" mechanism; promoting decentralization, decentralization, cutting and simplifying administrative procedures associated with digital transformation... Second, promoting the development of strategic and comprehensive infrastructure, cultural, sports and tourism institutions, both hard and soft infrastructure, connecting infrastructure, especially digital infrastructure based on data and artificial intelligence. Third, train high-quality human resources for the industry, have specific mechanisms and policies suitable for the arts and sports industries, have policies to retain talented people, motivate talented and passionate people, and encourage those who dare to think, dare to do, dare to innovate and deal with those who avoid and fear responsibility. "The cultural industry has its own characteristics, so in addition to general policies, it still needs its own policies. The cultural industry also needs to be proactive and creative in training suitable human resources...", the Prime Minister shared. Fourth, mobilize resources for development through appropriate mechanisms and policies, especially public-private partnerships, taking State capital as the leader, activating all social resources, of people and businesses. Fifth, improve the capacity of management and governance of the industry in a smart direction, based on data. Sixth, build advanced models, replicate good models, good practices, create movements, development trends... "Why don't we summarize and replicate the last two concerts? Why did women's football and women's volleyball achieve such achievements? Why does tourism have such attractive destinations?", the Prime Minister asked. The culture of the Vietnamese people with a history of thousands of years is the everlasting strength of the nation; developing physical education and sports is an objective requirement, a mandatory requirement, contributing to the formation of a strong and healthy nation; tourism is a key economic sector. Therefore, the culture, sports and tourism sector plays an extremely important role, with a profound impact, of a national, comprehensive and global nature, both urgent and strategic and long-term for socio-economic development, building and defending the Fatherland, contributing to creating a solid foundation to bring the country into a new era, an era of national growth, building a rich and prosperous Vietnam.
Concerts 1 and 2 of Anh trai say hi took place in Ho Chi Minh City on the evenings of September 28 and October 19 with nearly 78,000 spectators. Concerts 3 and 4 of this program took place in Hanoi on the evenings of December 7 and 9 with nearly 100,000 spectators. Concert 1 of Anh trai vu ngan cong nong gai in Ho Chi Minh City on the evening of October 19 had about 20,000 spectators. Concert 2 of the program at Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 (Hung Yen) on the evening of December 14 attracted more than 130,000 spectators. These concerts have become an unprecedented phenomenon in the Vietnamese music industry in particular and the Vietnamese entertainment industry in general. For the first time, Vietnamese music stars have a stage to perform that attracts a large number of fans - audiences who were previously only interested in K-pop (Korean pop), C-pop (Chinese pop) or USUK (European and American music) stars.
