Prime Minister mobilizes and appoints personnel of the Ministry of National Defense

In Decision No. 821/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister assigned and appointed Major General Nguyen Ba Luc, Commander of the 34th Corps of the Ministry of National Defense, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.

In Decision No. 823/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister assigned and appointed Major General Nguyen An Phong, Director of the Organization Department, General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, to hold the position of Political Commissar of the Navy.

In Decision No. 824/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister assigned and appointed Major General Truong Manh Dung, Commander of the 12th Corps, to hold the position of Commander of Military Region 1.

In Decision No. 819/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Major General Vo Tien Nghi, Director of the Reconnaissance Department, Border Guard, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of the Border Guard.

In Decision No. 815/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Colonel Hoang Duy Chien, Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 4, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of Military Region 4.

In Decision No. 817/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Colonel Pham Hung Hung, Commander of the Lao Cai Provincial Military Command, Military Region 2, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of Military Region 2.

In Decision No. 818/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister assigned and appointed Colonel Phan Dai Nghia, Commander of the Military Command of Nghe An province, Military Region 4, to hold the position of Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 5.

In Decision No. 822/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Colonel Dang Van Long, Commander of the Military Command of Tuyen Quang province, Military Region 2, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of Military Region 2.

In Decision No. 825/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Colonel Nguyen Huy Tuan, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Air Defense - Air Force, to hold the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Air Defense - Air Force.

In Decision No. 826/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Colonel Pham Minh Tuan, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Navy, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of the Navy.

According to the above Decisions, the term of appointment is 5 years. The above Decisions take effect from the date of signing and promulgation (April 24, 2025).
