Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits and related Summits in Laos from October 8 to 11.
On October 3, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying that, at the invitation of Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, ASEAN Chair 2024 Sonexay Siphandone, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will lead the Vietnamese high-ranking delegation to attend the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits and related Summits in Vientiane, Laos, from October 8 to 11, 2024.
