
The delegation included comrades: Tran Van Son, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister, Head of the Government Office; Nguyen Van Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Transport. On the side of Dien Bien province, there were comrades: Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors.
Offering incense at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs' Temple and A1 Martyrs' Cemetery, the Prime Minister and the delegation expressed their deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs, the outstanding sons of the nation who did not spare their blood and bones, sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people. The noble sacrifice of the heroic martyrs created the Dien Bien Phu victory "famous in five continents, shaking the earth", so that today the homeland and the country are on the journey of development, the lives of the people are increasingly prosperous and happy.

Before the souls of martyrs, delegates vowed to unite, strive to cultivate revolutionary ethics, constantly study and strive to protect revolutionary achievements, be proactive and creative, and build an increasingly prosperous homeland.
