Prime Minister directs early payment of May pension (from April 25-28, 2025)

The Prime Minister directed the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for May from April 25 to 28, 2025.

The Prime Minister's dispatch clearly stated: In order to create conditions for people and workers to happily celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), reunify the country, and at the same time implement social security policies and stimulate consumption, the Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Finance to direct the Vietnam Social Security to:

1. Well implement the work of resolving and paying social insurance and unemployment insurance regimes to ensure full, timely and correct payment to beneficiaries;

2. Urgently organize the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for May 2025 from April 25, 2025 to April 28, 2025./.
