Prime Minister reappoints Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Khanh Ngoc

In Decision No. 605, the Prime Minister decided to extend the term of office of Deputy Minister of Justice for Mr. Nguyen Khanh Ngoc until the retirement age according to regulations, effective from August 16.

Mr. Ngoc was first appointed as Deputy Minister in August 2014 (previously he was Director of the Department of International Law - Ministry of Justice). In August 2019, he was reappointed as Deputy Minister.

Currently, Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Khanh Ngoc is undertaking tasks to assist the Minister in charge of areas and tasks such as building and monitoring the general implementation of international law; Judicial records; International cooperation; Legal science research; Lawyers Association work...

In addition, he also coordinates the work of the Ministry of Justice with the Central External Relations Commission, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Vietnam Lawyers Association and other agencies related to the assigned fields, tasks and localities.

He is also responsible for directing the judicial work of the provinces and cities: Can Tho, Long An, Dong Thap, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Kien Giang, An Giang, Ca Mau and many other tasks.

In Decision No. 606, the Prime Minister decided to re-appoint Mr. Le Hung Son to hold the position of Deputy General Director of Vietnam Social Security. The appointment period is 5 years. This decision takes effect from July 26.
