Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Vice Chairman of Dong Giang District People's Committee Do Huu Tung said that Dong Giang District is mostly inhabited by Co Tu people, whose lives are still difficult. In recent times, capital from national target programs has helped many households in the district in particular and in Quang Nam province in general to stabilize their housing, receive livelihood support, and escape poverty.
