On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, on January 15, a working delegation of the Ethnic Committee led by comrade Y Vinh Tor, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister, Vice Chairman of the Ethnic Committee visited, presented gifts, and wished a happy new year to prestigious people and ethnic minorities in Quan Hoa and Thuong Xuan districts, Thanh Hoa province.

In Quan Hoa district, the delegation visited and wished a happy new year to officers and soldiers of Hien Kiet Border Post, presented 7 gifts to prestigious people and 160 gifts to poor ethnic minority households and households in difficult circumstances in Hien Kiet border commune.

In Thuong Xuan district, the delegation presented gifts and New Year greetings to 10 prestigious people and 300 poor ethnic minority households, households in difficult circumstances, and the Party Committee and government of Luan Khe commune.
Total program value is nearly 500 million VND.
