Reporting on the outstanding work results of Thanh Hoa Police in 2023 and the first 3 months of 2024, Director of the Provincial Police Tran Phu Ha emphasized: Thanh Hoa Provincial Police have proactively grasped the situation, proactively advised Party committees and authorities at all levels to direct the effective resolution of issues related to security and order (SOT). In particular, police units and forces in the province have closely followed the practical situation, closely combined prevention with attack, "hitting right, hitting hard, hitting the root" of all types of crimes. Mobilizing all resources, making efforts to successfully complete the main tasks and targets of Project 06, ensuring that national data on population is "correct, sufficient, clean, and alive". The movement of all people to protect SOT continues to be consolidated and strongly developed in both breadth and depth with many typical advanced models, directed by the Ministry of Public Security to be replicated nationwide such as: "Camera with SOT" model; “Environmental workers - patrol soldiers”... Party building, force building, logistics and engineering work are deployed synchronously with many drastic solutions.

Regarding the security and order situation from the beginning of 2024 to present, Major General Tran Phu Ha affirmed: With the determination and synchronous and methodical direction of groups of solutions to prevent, attack and suppress crimes by the Party Committee and the leadership of the Provincial Police, the security and order situation in the first months of the year in Thanh Hoa has always been stable. Crimes related to social order decreased by 24% in the number of cases compared to the previous period, in which some types of crimes decreased sharply.

Under the suggestions of the conference chairmen, in a frank and open spirit, representatives of the leaders of professional departments, police of districts, towns, cities and police of some communes and towns in the province reported and discussed many contents revolving around the work of Party building, force building, the situation and results of security and order assurance work in the first months of 2024; advantages, difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing tasks in the locality to have a comprehensive and overall assessment and have directions for handling and overcoming, helping to build the Thanh Hoa Police force to be increasingly clean and strong, excellently completing assigned tasks.

The tasks for 2024 and the following years are determined to be very heavy, requiring the Thanh Hoa Police force to continue to make efforts, promote achievements and results, overcome shortcomings and limitations, closely follow the set goals and requirements, proactively advise the Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and Party committees and authorities at all levels to direct the effective resolution of issues related to security and order, not to let "sudden" or "unexpected" incidents occur. In particular, special attention must be paid to issues of border security, ethnic security, religion, mass complaints, not to let bad elements take advantage of sabotage; do a good job of internal security work; strengthen professional and social prevention solutions to contribute to curbing and reducing crimes and social evils...

On this occasion, the Deputy Minister of Public Security presented gifts to Dong Vinh Commune Police (Thanh Hoa City), Hai Nhan Commune Police and Hai Hoa Ward Police (Nghi Son Town).
